Cross Street in Shrewsbury closed

Cross Street, near the railway station in Shrewsbury, has been closed today (Monday 5 December 2011 at 2.30pm) due to a lorry stuck under the railway bridge.

While this road is closed, traffic is being diverted via Ellesmere Road, Harlescott Lane, Whitchurch Road, Ditherington Road and Castle Foregate.

The road will be closed until further notice.
