Applications going to North planning committee on 1 July 2014

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on  Tuesday 1 July 2014 at 2pm.

Land west of Morda Bank, Morda (13/04845/FUL)  Mixed residential development of 65 dwellings; formation of new vehicular access and estate roads; associated infrastructure; landscaping and formation of public open spaces. 

 

Development land east of 163 Wrexham Road, Whitchurch (14/00459/OUT) Outline application (access, layout, scale, landscaping for approval) for mixed residential development; formation of vehicular access and estate roads; associated infrastructure works. 

 

Development land east of Shrewsbury Road, Cockshutt (13/04868/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of five dwellings and formation of vehicular access (all matters reserved). 

 

Proposed residential development, land west of Stocks Lane, Welshampton (14/01723/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of 2 No dwellings (to include access and layout). 

 

Land adjacent to Oakleigh Farm, Welshampton, Ellesmere, SY12 0PG (14/01721/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of a single detached dwelling to include access, layout and scale. 

 

Avalon, Hollinwood, Whixall, Whitchurch (14/00922/VAR)  Variation of condition no.2 attached to 13/00778/VAR to allow for reduction in height of infill boarding to the first floor doors.
