  • Establishing a dedicated affordable warmth and energy efficiency team to drive forward retrofit work across the county.
  • Leading a £6.5m Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 1 programme in partnership with five regional housing associations, delivering deep retrofit to 246 social housing properties.
  • Securing over £11m in Government funding under the Home Upgrade Grant Scheme, delivering meaningful energy efficiency improvements to homeowners and private tenants in rural and off-gas homes.
