Designed by Cornovii Homes and local architects AHR to enhance the local environment, The Frith provides local people the opportunity to get onto the property ladder. With modern living and future energy efficiency in mind, the properties are built with 31% higher energy standards than your average new build home. The homes benefit from solar panels and have increased insulation.

The development is due to be completed in May 2022 and all homes have now been reserved. The development was constructed by Shrewsbury-based Morris Property, the development partner of Cornovii Homes.

Kay Clipson and Kevin Edwards, new homeowners, discussed their experience of purchasing a Cornovii Homes property:-

“We’re so excited to have collected the keys to our new home. Buying a home which is closer to our family, with smart technology and within walking distance of Shrewsbury town centre, was a huge priority for us. We’re also really happy with how sustainable the properties are at The Frith, which will help us save money on our utility bills. The Cornovii Homes sales team has been very supportive throughout the purchase process, kept us up to date on progress of the construction of our home, and supported us when we chose our kitchen and bathroom finishes.”

“We’re really excited to welcome our first four families to The Frith. The homes are built to a high quality and are all sustainable, exceeding energy standards set across the industry. We’re confident our new homeowners will enjoy living here for years to come. I believe very strongly in the transformative power of housing, not only to change lives but to revitalise locations like this, create jobs and support local businesses.”
