Section of road between Pentre and Chapel Lawn closed for repair from Monday 11 November

A section of unclassified road between Pentre and Chapel Lawn will be closed for repair from Monday 11 November and Tuesday 12 November 2019.

The repair works will involve the replacement of damaged concrete posts and tubular rails to the top of the retaining wall which is located alongside the river Redlake at Chapel Lawn, and will require the closure of the unclassified road between Pentre and Chapel Lawn.

The road must be closed to traffic while repairs are being undertaken, as the road is too narrow to for the work to be carried out safely with the road open to traffic.

During the road closure, traffic will be diverted. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will remain available at the bridge throughout the works.
