The following decisions were made by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 29 May 2018.
Vantage Farm, Bletchley Road, Bletchley, Market Drayton, TF9 3RZ (17/02123/FUL) Application under Section 73a of the Town and Country Planning Act for the erection of a new agricultural building including the installation of a solid biomass combined heat and power (CHP) system.
Decision
That planning permission be granted subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 1 of the report.
Solar Farm, south west of Hadley Farm, Wrexham Road, Whitchurch (18/00693/VAR) Variation of Condition no 2 (approved drawings) and 9 (external colour of the buildings) attached to planning permission ref 14/02914/FUL to regularise the change in the colour of two inverters.
