B4373 at Bridgnorth closed – diversion routes

B4373 road closure update

Due to the closure of the B4373, traffic is being diverted along local routes B4376 and A458 and vice versa.

The road has been closed due to a lorry fire yesterday evening.

A full emergency road closure has been implemented to allow our highways contractor to heavily sand the area to absorb fuel and water, and to sweep the road.

The road could remain closed until Monday 2 July 2018. This will depend on the extent of damage to the road surface and nearby tree.
