Applications going to South planning committee on 6 June 2017

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s South planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 6 June 2017 at 2pm.

  • Land to the south of Albrighton Bypass, Albrighton (16/01925/FUL) Application under section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for change of use of land to gypsy traveller site to include the stationing of three mobile homes for residential purposes and three touring caravans; erection of utility/day room and formation of hardstanding.
  • Proposed dwelling to the north of 37 High Street, Broseley (16/05697/FUL) Erection of a detached 3 bedroom dwelling.
