Residents in Much Wenlock will be able to benefit from free advice on how to reduce their energy bills when the Community Council of Shropshire host an energy advice drop-in event at High Causeway Community Centre Tuesday 7 March 2017 11am-1pm.

The aim of the event is to help households understand how they can switch tariffs or energy suppliers to get the best deal and make their homes more energy efficient.

Clive Leworthy, Energy Champion from the Community Council, will be on hand to help residents take control of their energy costs.

Clive said:-

“By switching tariffs or suppliers, you could save hundreds on your fuel bill – why pay more than you have to? Please remember to bring your latest utility bill along to the event”

David Turner, local Shropshire Councillor for Much Wenlock, said:-

“I’m delighted that Much Wenlock residents will have this opportunity to check that they’re paying no more than they need for their energy requirements. I would urge anyone who hasn’t recently checked they’re on the right tariff to come along.”

As this is a drop-in event, no appointment is necessary. If you would like further information or advice, please contact Clive Leworthy on 07791 260888 or email clive.leworthy@shropshire-rcc.org.uk
