The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s Central planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury tomorrow (Thursday 26 May 2016) at 2pm.

  • Astleys Wine Bar Ltd, 9 Shoplatch, Shrewsbury (16/00371/VAR) Variation of Condition No. 5 attached to Planning Permission 10/01178/COU dated 03 June 2010 Application under s.73 for the change of use of pavement area for external seating and erection of 2no. awnings and 4no. heaters to front elevation (amended) (hours of opening)

  • Ensdon Farm, Holyhead Road, Montford, Shrewsbury (15/ 04859/EIA) Erection of four poultry sheds, biomass building, office, photovoltaic panels, feed bins and associated plant, hardstanding and access.
  • Land south of Calverton Way, Shrewsbury (15/04910/OUT) Outline Application for the erection of 4No residential units (to include access).
  • 2 Oak Lane, Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury (16/00882/FUL) Erection of a two storey extension and attached garage.
