Chris Shepherd, Neighbourhoods Manager for Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing, said:

“Everyone at Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing is committed to improving the homes and communities we provide and maintain for our tenants, so we’re delighted to have been shortlisted for the development of the year.

“A lot of hard work and dedication has gone into the project, so it’s fantastic that this has been recognised by the Chartered Institute of Housing.”

Jason O’Donoghue, Development Manager for Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing, said:

“The Hignett Place new build site was our largest project and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. A lot of hard work has gone into completing this site and it looks fantastic. I’d like to thank our building contractor Speller Metcalfe and everyone involved for their great work.”

STAR will find out the winner of the award at the ceremony on 22 October at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham.
