Applications going to South planning committee on 14 July 2015

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s South planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 14 July 2015 at 2pm.

  • The Fish Shop, High Street, Broseley, TF12 5ET (14/03594/VAR) Application under Section 73a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the Variation of Condition Nos. 2 and 4 and removal of Condition Nos. 3, 5 and 7 attached to Planning Permission 09/03161/FUL dated 4th February 2010 for the rebuilding of fish and chip shop (Retrospective)
  • Proposed residential development east of Church Road, Alveley, WV15 6NP (15/00535/FUL) Erection of three affordable dwellings to include formation of new access (amended description).
  • Proposed residential development land north of Houghton Road, Shifnal(15/01390/REM) Application for approval of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to 12/04646/OUT for the mixed residential development of 184 dwellings.
  • Proposed dwelling rear of 4 Church Street, Cleobury Mortimer (15/01976/FUL)Conversion of redundant Pharmacy Store once associated with a former Pharmacy from Use Class A1 to Use Class C3 Dwellinghouse.
  • Proposed dwelling rear of 4 Church Street, Cleobury Mortimer (15/01977/LBC)Listed Building Consent for works to facilitate the conversion of redundant Pharmacy Store once associated with a former Pharmacy from Use Class A1 to Use Class C3 Dwellinghouse.
  • Diddlebury Village Hall, Diddlebury, Craven Arms, Sy7 9DJ (15/02047/FUL)Erection of extension and alterations to village hall; demolition of previous extensions.
