Place Plan priorities up for review at Albrighton area LJC

Related topics: Community / Democracy

The next meeting of the Albrighton area Local Joint Committee (LJC) is on Wednesday 3 December 2014 at The Red House, High Street, Albrighton starting at 7pm.

The main item up for discussion at this meeting will be the annual review of the parish Place Plan priorities.  This is your opportunity to have your say, and ensure that the priorities that are listed in this important planning document reflect the up-to-date needs of the local community.

Councillors will also be on hand to answer your questions about services, and this is your opportunity to meet your councillors and raise the issues that matter to you.

Councillor Malcolm Pate, Chair of the LJC, said:

“It’s important that the public are involved in setting the local priorities for the Place Plan, which will shape how budgets and funding can most effectively be used for the area.  This is a community meeting and everyone’s invited to come along and join in with discussions, and we will try to answer as many questions as we can on the night.

“Why not come along and take part if you have issues that you want to raise, and have your say.”
