The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 21 October 2014 at 2pm.

Land off Bearstone Road, Norton In Hales, Market Drayton (14/00790/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of fourteen dwellings incorporating two affordable units (to include formation of vehicular and pedestrian access). 

 

Land north of the River Tanat, Llanyblodwel (13/05008/OUT)  Outline application (all matters reserved) for the erection of four dwellings to include one affordable dwelling. 

 

Hadley Farm, Wrexham Road, Whitchurch (14/02914/FUL)  Installation and operation of a solar farm and associated infrastructure, including photovoltaic panels, mounting frames, inverters, transformers, substations, communications building, fence and pole mounted security cameras. 

 

23-25 Cheshire Street, Market Drayton, TF9 1PH (14/03427/FUL)  Change of use from A1 retail to mixed A1/A3 coffee shop with an area of outdoor seating and installation of associated air conditioning equipment.
