The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 23 September 2014 at 2pm.

Land between Twyford Lane and Holyhead Road, West Felton, SY11 4EQ (14/00734/OUT)  Outline application (access for approval) for residential development.

 

 

 

Development land at The Cross, West Felton, (14/00133/OUT)  Outline application for mixed residential use; formation of new vehicular access and estate roads and creation of public open space.

 

 

Land north Of Norton Farm, Main Road, Norton In Hales (14/00260/FUL)  Residential development of 14 detached dwellings.

 

 

Land off Bearstone Road, Norton In Hales, Market Drayton (14/00790/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of fourteen dwellings incorporating two affordable units (to include formation of vehicular and pedestrian access).

 

 

Cross Keys Inn, Kinnerley, Oswestry, SY10 8DB (14/02864/FUL)  Erection of 1No dwelling with detached garage (revised scheme).

 

 

Land adjacent to 10 Sungrove, Wem (14/02498/FUL)  Erection of 2 no. one bedroom retirement bungalows.

 

 

Proposed residential development land south east of Childs Ercall (14/03006/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of 2 detached dwellings; to include means of access.

 

 

Land at The Wheatlands, Baschurch (14/02718/VAR)  Variation of Conditions 6 and 7 of planning permission 12/02314/OUT.  Conditions relate to protected species (Great Crested Newts) which no longer appear to be present at the site.

 

 

Proposed development land south Of B5063, Welshampton (14/01063/OUT)  Outline application (access) for the erection of 7 dwellings.

 

 

Land adjacent to Oakleigh Farm, Welshampton, Ellesmere, SY12 0PG (14/01721/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of a single detached dwelling to include access, layout and scale.

 

 

Proposed residential development land, west of Stocks Lane, Welshampton (14/01723/OUT)  Outline application for the erection of 2No dwellings (to include access and layout).

 

 

Development management report to consider planning applications subject to S106 resolution having regard to the council’s published 5 years housing supply land supply statement of 12 August 2014.
