Come and see the wild flowers at Severn Valley Country Park

Shropshire Council invites people to join its outdoor recreation service and discover the delightful wild flowers that cover the meadows and grow in the woodlands at Severn Valley Country Park.

See Spring Pieces Meadow – one of the best meadows for wild flowers in the county.

The event is on Thursday 19 June 2014 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.  Charge for adults is £3, children £1.50.  Booking is essential.

Bring your camera and see wild orchids, Yellow Rattle and much more on this easy amble around our woodlands and meadows.

Please wear walking boots and bring waterproofs in case of rain.

Meet at the Visitor Centre and Teashop, open Wednesdays to Sundays 11am to 4pm and every day during school holidays.
