The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s South planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 4 February 2014 at 2pm.

Installation of one wind turbine with tower height of 18m, total height to tip 23.5m.

Proposed wind turbine at Woodhouse Fields, Bourton, Much Wenlock, Shropshire (13/04729/FUL)

Erection of a wind turbine. 

Land west of Jubilee Drive, Highley, Shropshire 13/04789/OUT

Outline (access) application for residential development (up to 58 dwellings), with formation of access (from Jubilee Drive), formation of allotments, earthworks balancing, pondsite remediation, structural landscaping, car parking and other ancillary works.
