Related topics: Community

The Birchmeadow Centre in Broseley will be restarting its internet cafe and IT drop-in session for beginners on Thursday mornings from 5 September 2013.

The drop-in sessions will run from 10am to 12pm every Thursday until Christmas.

The sessions are friendly and informal, with staff and volunteers on hand to help with any IT queries or computer problems.

Those who have their own laptop computer or tablet device are more than welcome to bring them along and make use of the wi-fi connection.  Computers are also available at the centre.

For the more IT savvy who would just like the opportunity to access the internet over a cup of tea there is also the opportunity to do so.

There is no need to book, people can just turn up.  Tea, coffee and biscuits are available free of charge.
