Local people are urged to come along to their next Cleobury Rural Local Joint Committee (LJC) to talk about the issues that matter to them.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 4 July 2013 at 7pm at Burford Village Hall, Penlu Road, Burford, Tenbury Wells, WR15 8LA.

The main items for discussion are roads, where local people can talk to Councillor Claire Wild, Shropshire Council’s Cabinet member for highways and transport, and waste collection, where residents can talk to representatives from Veolia.  The LJC will also be considering applications for funding.

As usual the local police will be on hand for the public to drop in between 6.30pm–7pm, and will later give an update on the whole area.
