The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s south planning committee at its meeting at Westgate, Bridgnorth on Tuesday 23 April 2013, starting at 2pm.

Construction of a recreational fishing pool. 

Upper Baveney Farm, Cleobury Mortimer, Kidderminster, DY14 8LF (12/03071/FUL)

Change of use from agriculture to B1/B2 and new building for B1 use. 

Land opposite The Old Smithy, Neen Sollars, Shropshire (12/04104/FUL)

Construction of one (affordable) dwelling to include conversion/extension of existing
barn to form garage and installation of septic tank.

Land south of The Royal Oak, Alveley, Shropshire (13/00035/FUL)

Erection of a combined stable and agricultural barn on land adjacent to the
Royal Oak public house (amended submission).

Change of use of existing Public House and existing store to form three
residential dwellings, to include erection of extensions and detached garage.
