Applications going to south planning committee on 6 November 2012

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s south planning committee at its meeting at Westgate, Bridgnorth on Tuesday 6 November 2012, starting at 2pm.

Change of use to provide new Sewage Treatment Works.

Land opposite Yew Tree Cottage, Upton Cresset (12/01441/FUL)
Use of land for siting of a timber cabin for use as a holiday let in conjunction with existing stables.

Daniel’s Mill, Knowle Sands, Bridgnorth (12/02501/FUL)
Application under Section 73A of the Town & Country Planning Act for the erection of two timber chalets (modification to previously approved 08/0622) to allow for first floor accommodation (Part Retrospective).

Change of use from public house to residential accommodation.

Erection of two bedroom affordable dwelling; formation of vehicular access.
