North planning committee decisions

The following planning applications were considered and decided by Shropshire Council’s north planning committee at its meeting on Tuesday 24 July 2012.

Outline application for the erection of a detached dwelling (all matters reserved).

Decision: That, subject to:

  • The applicant entering into a Section 106 Legal Agreement; and
  • The application for reserved matters shall require permeable paving along the access lane and parking area.

Outline planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.

Land Off Ranford Way, Wem
12/01773/FUL
Erection of a roundwood-framed low energy detached dwelling with detached outbuilding.

Decision: That, subject to:

  • The applicant entering into a Section 106 Legal Agreement; and
  • An additional condition to require the submission of a Construction Traffic Management Plan.

Planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.
