Applications going to planning committee – 24 April 2012
The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s south planning committee at its meeting at Westgate in Bridgnorth on Tuesday 24 April 2012, starting at 2pm.

- Erection of 22 dwellings; formation of new vehicular and pedestrian accesses and associated car parking and landscaping. Location: S H W Containers (Horticultural) Ltd New Road Cleobury Mortimer.
- Erection of three affordable dwellings; formation of vehicular access. Location: Land adjacent Meadowside Paddock Hill Houses, Farlow, Bridgnorth.
- Erection of 2-3 storey extension to rear of main building; single storey link extension to provide facilities; first floor extension and a single storey extension to provide 17 self contained apartments; internal alterations; hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatment; car parking; to include some demolition. Location: Lady Forester Community Nursing Home, Farley Road, Much Wenlock.
- Erection of extensions to side and front elevations; internal alterations and installation of rooflights to facilitate first floor accommodation, erection of detached garage. Location: Belesme, Oldbury, Bridgnorth.
- Erection of two-bedroom bungalow following demolition of existing lock-up garage/storage units. Location: Proposed dwelling rear of 41 High Street, Albrighton.
