Applications going to north planning committee on 1 May 2012

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s north planning committee at its meeting at Edinburgh House in Wem on Tuesday 1 May 2012, starting at 2pm.

1. Land north Of Mandolin, Primrose Lane, Pant – 11/04041/FUL
Erection of 3 bungalows and detached garages; formation of shared vehicular access and road alterations
 
2. Land south of Hollins Lane, Woodseaves, Market Drayton – 11/04052/FUL
Erection of a building for pelletting/storage of biomass crop (Miscanthus) with attached office; installation of roof mounted PV solar panels; provision of a weighbridge; provision of visibility splay and associated works; landscaping scheme to include earth bund.
 
3. Land adjacent The Cottage, Steel Lane, Prees Heath – 11/05072/FUL
Erection of one bungalow (local needs); installation of septic tank drainage system.
 
4. Land adjacent Brook Cottage, Wem Lane, Soulton, Wem – 11/05361/COU
Change of use of land for the stationing of two touring caravans for residential occupation with associated development to include utility block and septic tank to enable the use of the site as a single gypsy-traveller site.
