Dads and children’s day at farm

Local children under five and their dads and male carers are invited to Treflach Farm, near Oswestry, on Saturday 26 March 2011 from 10am to 12pm.

Children can enjoy visiting the working farm and meeting all the animals, including mucking in with the pigs and feeding the chickens.

Oswestry Dads Group Farm Visit has been organised by Shropshire Council’s Sure Start Children’s Centre for the Oswestry Dads Breakfast club to give dads the opportunity to spend time with their children under five (and older siblings) whilst experiencing the farm environment and playing outdoors.

Please make sure that you and your children are wearing suitable clothing and footwear.

Older siblings are also welcome and snacks will be provided.  Please meet at 10am at Treflach Farm.
