News from our partners: Comedy theatre show explores those “On The Edge” life moments

An evening of “Magical comedy theatre” (Edinburgh Evening Herald), which has toured worldwide, is coming to rural venues this November (2019).
On The Edge is a 5-star rated improvised comedy theatre show, created and starring Kevin Tomlinson (Sunday Times Playwright Award) and Abi Hood (The Bill, ITV). It has been seen in over 10 countries on four continents and explores all those moments in life when people find themselves ‘on the edge’. Falling in love, leaving home, getting a job, bungee jumping, you name it, this show explores it.
This touching yet hilarious show, based entirely on audience suggestions, features puppetry, masks and sometimes even slideshows, and has been described by The Times as ‘Excellent…this is a must see show!”
Cerin, Arts Alive Events Programmer, said:
“Kevin and Abi have toured with Arts Alive before and create a hilarious evening of improvised comedy magicked out of a couple of suitcases. This show will put a smile on your face and a spring in your step, even though it’s not quite Christmas!”
Arts Alive received funding from Shropshire Council’s arts development fund.
