New show home opening on Cornovii Homes Charles’ View development

New show homes and a sales office are opening at Charles’ View, Cornovii Homes’ new development in Shrewsbury

Two new show homes and a sales office are opening to inspire potential buyers at Charles’ View, Cornovii Homes’ development in Shrewsbury, in November.

Debbie Hancox, Cornovii Homes sales and aftercare manager, said:-

Charles’ View brings a mix of two, three and four-bedroom all-electric, energy efficient homes with a range of styles including detached, semi-detached houses and bungalows.

All the homes are designed and constructed to reduce carbon emissions and deliver an EPC ‘A’* rating with energy saving features and benefit from solar panel, smart technology, underfloor heating and increased insulation levels.

In addition, the properties have all been designed to Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS), which means that the average floor area of a Cornovii two or three- bed home is 18% larger than standard new build homes.

The launch of the show homes is scheduled for 11th-15th November exclusively to those who have already registered an interest and will be appointment only. The show homes will then open to the wider public on 18th November.
