Get help finding a job at Market Drayton Work Club
Want some help finding a job? Work Club will provide you with a place to meet, exchange skills, share experiences, find opportunities, make contacts and get support to help you in your return to work.
Market Drayton Library is hosting free Work Club sessions every Thursday morning from 10am to 12noon from 22 September 2011.
The club is designed to offer help and advice to enable people who are out of work to get back on track. Sessions are facilitated by County Training, part of Shropshire Council.
Councillor Simon Jones, Shropshire Council’s Cabinet member for learning and skills, said:
“This is a difficult time for people who are out of work, but there is advice available to help you secure a job. A meeting place like this is a great opportunity to help those seeking employment and provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
“Why not take advantage of library’s free Work Club?. Everyone is welcome to attend whether you are currently out of work or looking for a change in career”.
Free use of computers and printing facilities will be on offer to anyone coming along.
