Shrewsbury car parks reopening

Town centre car parks in Shrewsbury are starting to return to normal following the recent flooding.

St Julian’s Friars car park is fully open, and Frankwell Main car park partially opened at 9am on Thursday 3 January 2013.  More parking spaces will be available each day as flood levels continue to go down.

Frankwell Riverside car park remains closed as the Environment Agency is likely to be operating the flood defences until Saturday 5 January 2013.
