South planning committee decisions

The following planning applications were considered and decided by Shropshire Council’s south planning committee at its meeting on Tuesday 17 July 2012.

Change of use of land to private gypsy and traveller caravan site.
Decision: That planning permission be refused in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.

Home Farm House, Brown Clee Road, Middleton Priors, Bridgnorth
12/02160/FUL
Erection of a single 50KW wind turbine.
Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.
