You are not alone. Help is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year across Shropshire for anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts or worried about someone else.
Suicide has a significant and lasting impact on individuals, families, and communities. Suicide prevention is everyone’s business and asking for help can make a difference.
