Shropshire Council by-election candidates in Worfield division

The by-election called for the Worfield Unitary Division is contested, and the by-election will be held on Thursday 7 September 2023.

The notice of election was published on Wednesday 2 August 2023 following the resignation of Councillor Richard Marshall last month.

The deadline for nominations has passed and the list of candidates is:-

Flynn, Shanti (Labour)

Sherrington, Andrew John (Liberal Democrats)

Wood, Michael Linden (Conservative)

Photo ID or a voter authority certificate will be needed to vote at a polling station.
