The live show will take on a round-table format, with Shrewsbury Town’s own mental health champion Omar Beckles talking about his experience and his own tips for protecting your mental wellbeing. Also appearing will be Shrewsbury Town Supporters Liaison Officer Mike Davies to offer his own input and experiences with how a football club and the community around it can act as a support question.

During the live show viewers will be able to comment, their questions will be answered by our guests, and those wishing to ask questions anonymously can do so by submitting them on the webpage – https://www.shrewsburytowninthecommunity.com/heads-up-live/

The discussions will be live on YouTube and Facebook from 3pm on Saturday 2 May.
