Come along and join in the Christmas festivities at Helena Lane in Ludlow
Helena Lane in Ludlow will be hosting their annual Christmas Fayre on Thursday 13 December 2018.
The event, at the Helena Lane Day Care Centre, 20 Hamlet Road, Ludlow will run from 10.30am to 12pm, and will include a variety of activities including a raffle and tombola.
Refreshments and a selection of cakes and mince pies will also be available at the centre’s café.
Helena Lane is a day care centre based in Ludlow and provides a service to adults with learning disabilities and older people. The building provides easy access to all, including wheelchair users, has a courtyard, and 40 free car parking spaces for visitors. The centre also has a number of rooms available to hire for meetings, groups, clinics and activities.
Lee Chapman, Shropshire Council’s Cabinet member for adult services, health and social housing, said:
“Helena Lane is a brilliant place for adults with learning disabilities and older adults. Over the years Helena Lane has also become a fantastic venue for local residents, offering a great range of events for people of all ages. Why not come along to our Christmas event and see for yourself what a great asset Helena Lane is to Ludlow’s local community?”
All proceeds to the event will go to Helena Lane’s comfort fund, which helps to support those who use the service.
