Applications going to North planning committee on 29 May 2018

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 29 May 2018 at 2pm.

  •  Vantage Farm, Bletchley Road, Bletchley, Market Drayton, TF9 3RZ (17/02123/FUL) Application under Section 73a of the Town and Country Planning Act for the erection of a new agricultural building including the installation of a solid biomass combined heat and power (CHP) system.
  • Solar Farm, south west of Hadley Farm, Wrexham Road, Whitchurch (18/00693/VAR) Variation of Condition no 2 (approved drawings) and 9 (external colour of the buildings) attached to planning permission ref 14/02914/FUL to regularise the change in the colour of two inverters.
  • Land off Roden Grove, Wem (18/00846/REM) Reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to 14/02851/OUT for the erection of 25 dwellings.
