Applications going to North planning committee on 19 April

The following planning applications will be considered by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 19 April 2016 at 2pm.

  • The Grocott Medical Centre, Whitchurch Road, Prees, SY13 2DG (16/00179/FUL) Erection of 8 no. single bedroom non-market supported dwellings.
  • Lower Heath Farm, Lower Heath, Prees, Whitchurch (15/05563/FUL)  Installation of an on farm Anaerobic Digestion plant and associated infrastructure, for the production of both renewable heat and electricity.
  • Little Acorn Farm, Dobsons Bridge, Whixall, Whitchurch (14/00834/FUL)  Erection of two agricultural sheds; siting of temporary agricultural workers dwelling; extension to access track.
