Come along and join in Easter activities at Helena Lane in Ludlow

Helena Lane in Ludlow will be hosting an eggciting range of Easter activities tomorrow (Thursday 24 March 2016).

The event, at the Helena Lane Day Care Centre, 20 Hamlet Road, will run from 1pm to 3.30pm, and will comprise of a host of Easter fun, including:

  • Easter bonnet competition open to all ages
  • Easter egg hunt for under 5s 1pm-3.30pm
  • Easter raffle
  • Tombola
  • Easter crafts
  • Cake stall

The Easter bonnet parade will take place at 2.30pm at the centre, where you can also buy refreshments and cakes at Helena Lane’s café.

Lee Chapman, Shropshire Council’s Cabinet member for adults, said:

“Helena Lane is a brilliant place for adults with learning disabilities and older adults. Over the years Helena Lane has also become a fantastic venue for local residents, offering a great range of events for people of all ages.  Why not come along to our Easter event and see for yourself what a great asset Helena Lane is to Ludlow’s local community.”
