New directors appointed to Board of ip&e Ltd

Two new directors have today (Thursday 14 January 2016) been appointed to the Board of ip&e Ltd.

Steph Jackson and Helen Powell, both senior officers within the council, bring with them a wealth of experience of company law and how council companies operate.

They will join the existing directors to review and make decisions on policies, annual reporting, financial reporting and performance reporting, as well as assisting with the current review.
