A rare surviving example of an early medieval first-floor hall, Vaughan’s Mansion is the only one of its kind in the region and is a building of national importance.
Tina Woodward, Shropshire Council’s Cabinet member responsible for Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery, said:
“With its fascinating history, and following its recent restoration, we think that Vaughan’s Mansion is a wonderful place for a wedding.
“It will appeal to couples from Shropshire and beyond looking for somewhere a little bit special to get married – particularly those with a keen interest in history, as well as couples who met at the Music Hall, or have fond memories of the building.”
