The following decisions were made by Shropshire Council’s North planning committee at its meeting at Shirehall, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 1 July 2014.
Land west of Morda Bank, Morda (13/04845/FUL) Mixed residential development of 65 dwellings; formation of new vehicular access and estate roads; associated infrastructure; landscaping and formation of public open spaces. Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the officer’s recommendation and subject to the resolution of outstanding ecology issues in relation to newts in the pond at The Cottams. |
Development land east of 163 Wrexham Road, Whitchurch (14/00459/OUT) Outline application (access, layout, scale, landscaping for approval) for mixed residential development; formation of vehicular access and estate roads; associated infrastructure works. Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the officer’s recommendation, subject to an amendment to Condition 1, to include scale and also an additional Standard Highways Condition. |
