Completion of essential sewer works on A4169 Much Wenlock may overrun

Shropshire Council have been working closely with Severn Trent Water to try and ensure that the essential sewer works on A4169, Sheinton Street, Much Wenlock was completed on time however it is looking unlikely that the road will reopen today as planned.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely throughout the day and keep you updated should the situation change.

Please prepare for travel disruption on Monday and follow the diversion signs in place.
