Advice for housing landlords at meeting

Landlords who rent houses to private tenants are being invited to a meeting later this month.

The Shropshire branch of the National Landlords Association will meet at Shirehall, Shrewsbury, on Monday 11 November 2013, starting at 6pm.

Shropshire Council administers the meetings on behalf of the National Landlords Association and they are open to anyone, whether a member of the association or not.

Professional speakers will give presentations on gas safety and heating solutions, how landlords can deal with inheritance tax issues, and landlord referencing.
