Get involved in volunteering at Stanmore Country Park

Shropshire Council invites you to join the ranger service and get involved in looking after Stanmore Country Park at Bridgnorth.

A new monthly volunteer work day starts on Wednesday 8 May 2013, from 10am – 3pm, and continues every second Wednesday of each month.

Enjoy a day of practical conservation work with tasks such as vegetation management and path surfacing, and help get Stanmore ready for the RAF Bridgnorth Commemoration Weekend in June 2013

People who are interested are asked to phone 01746 781192 to register their interest.

Please bring with you a packed lunch, wear steel toe-capped boots and bring waterproof clothing in case of wet weather.

Meet at the main car park for 10am.
