North planning committee decisions – 13 November 2012

The following planning applications were considered and decided by Shropshire Council’s north planning committee at its meeting on Tuesday 13 November 2012.

ABP, Hordley, Ellesmere – 10/01784/EIA
Construction of new abattoir and lairage buildings following demolition of existing abattoir and buildings; associated expansion of site road.
Decision: That the amendment to the Section 106 Heads of Terms to permit the use of an alternative route whilst works take place to lower the road at Rednal railway bridge be granted, subject to the works commencing within 4 years from when planning permission is granted

Hine Heath Farm, Stanton Upon Hine Heath – 12/01042/VAR
Remove condition no.23 attached to Planning Permission 10/03291/FUL
Decision: That, subject to the replacement condition 16 being amended to reflect that the Flesh House shall only provide feed for the Hine Heath site, planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.

104 Lowe Hill Road Wem – 12/02891/COU
Change of use from garage to hair and beauty salon.
Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.
