Central planning committee decisions – 16 November 2012

Erection of an affordable dwelling.
Decision: APPROVED – in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations.

Proposed Affordable Housing Site East of Merrington Road, Bomere Heath – 12/03406/FUL
Erection of 12 no. two storey affordable dwellings; formation of vehicular access
Decision: Consideration DEFERRED to the next meeting, at the request of the applicant, to enable the continuation of discussions with all relevant parties, including the parish council, on drainage proposals for the site.
