Barker Street in Shrewsbury bus stops not operating until Wednesday

Bus stops on Barker Street in Shrewsbury will not be operating until Wednesday 29 February 2012 morning.  This is due to pavement improvement work on Barker Street, which has led to the closure of the bus stops in this area for the remainder of today (Monday 27 February 2012) and all day tomorrow (Tuesday 28 February 2012). 

Bus passengers are asked to use the bus stops located on Shoplatch nearby.  This will affect all Park & Ride and town bus services. 

Posters are up at all Park and Ride bus service sites and the affected shelters. 

Whilst this pavement work was scheduled, the closure of the stops was not expected until today.
