Application: Felling of 2 no. Beech trees within Ellesmere Conservation Area.
Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations.

NS/08/00292/FUL – Oaklands Farm Weston Under Redcastle
Application: Application under Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow the use of land and buildings at Oaklands Farm as auction rooms with storage and parking areas
Decision:That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations subject to the amendments to Conditions 2 & 3 as detailed on the update sheet.

11/00806/FUL – Grocontinental Ltd Whitchurch Business Park Whitchurch
Application: Proposed chill chamber 15 and blast freezer facility extension including vehicle yard area, internal access roadway and revised landscaping.
Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations subject to the addition of the requirement to provide details of the bund as part of Condition 8.

Application: Change of use of redundant agricultural building to workshop and domestic store and associated alterations
Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations subject to the following amendment to Condition 5:

The use hereby approved shall only be carried out within the building shown on the approved plans, no repairs or other works shall be carried out in the open part of the application site.
Reason: To safeguard residential amenities.

Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations subject to an additional standard condition to restrict the hours of construction.

Application: Conversion of part of church yard to provide 11 car parking spaces and alterations to existing vehicular access
Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations subject to the following amendments to Conditions 7 & 9 and deletion of condition 5, which repeats Condition 4.

7. The phrases ‘unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority’ be deleted.

9. To include details of how the construction of the replacement section of wall will be carried out.

Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations and that the Historic Environment Team be notified of the members concerns about the listed building on site.
