Decision: That, subject to the satisfactory completion of the Section 106 Legal Agreement as set out in the report, planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations.

Decision: That planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations.

Decision: That planning permission be refused in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.
11/00772/FUL: Headley Down Morda Close Oswestry
Erection of a new dwelling within garden of Headley Down
Decision: That, subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 Legal Agreement, planning permission be granted in accordance with the Officer’s recommendations.
11/00987/FUL: The Fields Welshampton Ellesmere
Installation of a 3.66 kWp freestanding array of photovoltaic panels
Decision: That planning permission be refused against the Officer’s recommendation for the following reason:
Taking into account all of the information available, the Members of the Committee considered the proposed siting of the photovoltaic panels would have a general adverse visual impact that could not be addressed by the trees or cladding and as such was contrary to policies CS5 and CS6 of the Shropshire Core Strategy.
