Are you male, aged between 12 and 18, interested in dance and living in Shropshire?

As part of the Boys Dance Project, Shropshire Council is working in partnership with a number of councils from across the West Midlands to run a dance residency for boys and young men.

Taking place from the evening of Friday 13 May to the afternoon of Sunday 15 May 2011 at Ingestre Hall, Staffordshire, the residency will give young men interested in dance an opportunity to work with professional dance artists and dance organisations, choreograph dance, learn new techniques and skills and perform.

Participants are asked to make a contribution of £20. All other costs will be covered by Shropshire Council.

There are only 10 places available, so don’t miss this fantastic opportunity.

If you would like to book a place, or for more information please contact Alexa Pugh on either email: alexa.pugh@shropshire.gov.uk or Tel: 01743 255938.
