10/05438/VAR – Caravan At The Broad Meadow, LeebotwoodVariation of condition No.3 attached to planning permission reference 04/1305/F dated 27th October 2004 to allow permanent occupation of static caravan.APPROVED – with the condition set out in the report amended for permission of only a caravan of the same scale as the existing caravan already present on the site, plus an additional condition for the caravan to be maintained in accordance with its current condition.
11/00316/OUT – Proposed Residential Development West Of Foxley House,Ryton, DorringtonOutline application for the erection of 2 detached dwellings to include access, layout and scale following demolition of existing redundant farm buildings.REFUSED – as per the reason set out in the report. 
11/00199/FUL – Shrewsbury Town Football Club,Oteley Road,ShrewsburyTemporary use (5th June – 18th June 2011) of football stadium for operations to facilitate the preparation/staging and de-rigging of a music concert.

 

APPROVED – as per the conditions set out in the report, to be discharged in full consultation with local Members and the Residents Liaison Group.
